Scentsy Story
Hi, my name is Shannon Herzog! My husband and I live in Brownsburg, IN. We have been married for 9 years. Between the two of us we have 5 kids and 11 grandchildren and are still counting. It is true what they say GRANDKIDS are amazing.
My Scentsy journey started on May 15, 2015. I joined because our youngest was the last kid at home and she was tired of hanging out with her mom. I realized that I did not have many friends my age. What better way of meeting new people than to join a direct marketing company and not only that but finding friends who would be positive and motivating. Scentsy was not my first choice, I was with Avon, then with a jewelry company (I can not remember the name). Neither one seemed to be at all what I thought it would be like. Then I stumbled into Scentsy at a vendor event. Purchased my kit and away I went. I figured out really quick that you must love what you promote, get excited about it. It is easy to do but you must be dedicated to sharing your love for Scentsy every day. The first 4 years were a blast. I earned the trip to Italy and travelled to attend the Scentsy Family Reunions. We went to California, Kansas City, Texas and more. Let me tell you Scentsy is a 2nd family for me. The money I was making monthly paid for my bathroom remodel. Then life happened! I unfortunately had to step away in 2019. I was at the Scentsy Family Reunion in Texas when my daughter called telling me I had to come home. So, I did just that. I missed Scentsy so much, but I was not sure if I was ready to come back. I prayed about it, and I kept coming across pictures of Italy, California, Texas. Things at home were back to the new norm so on June 1st, 2023, I rejoined. It took me a hot min to get back in the grove, but I am happy to say I am consistent and ready to grow.
